Is an Earl Thomas Trade Possible? NFL Network’s Bucky Brooks on Chargers’ Casey Hayward: a “system corner” - Kyle PoseyCharger fans have seen first hand how valuable Hayward can be. He follows the other teams best receiver wherever he goes on the field. He doesn’t just follow him White Brandon Mebane Jerseys , he takes him away. He makes life easy on the defensive coordinator. Emanuel also spent time participating in the NFL Flag Summer Bowl, which 1 Brandon Mebane Jerseys 2019 ,000 kids attended and played in.Seahawks Notes: Thomas, Fluker, Fant, Hill - Sam RobinsonIf the Seahawks do decide to get serious about a trade, Brooks notes that, beyond the Cowboys, the Chargers White Casey Hayward Jerseys , 49ers, Buccaneers and Bengals are the most logical destinations. The Bolts drafted Derwin James and have Jahleel Addae on the books for three more seasons, but Brooks cites the need for a deep centerfielder-type safety nonetheless. And Thomas has a history with Los Angeles DC Gus Bradley.Chargers GM Tom Telesco says Antonio Gates' return remains possibility - Eric Williams"This team right now is in outstanding shape," Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn said last month on the final day of minicamp. It ended up costing the Chargers a win. With the Broncos out of timeouts at the two-minute warning, the Chargers faced a third down at the Denver 48. It gave Denver just enough time — 1:58 — to drive from its own 8 to the Los Angeles 16 Casey Hayward Jerseys 2019 , where Brandon McManus kicked a 34-yard field goal on the final play. The Broncos somehow, someway pulled out an improbable 23-22 upset of the Chargers. It ended the Chargers’ six-game winning streak and dropped them another half game behind the Chiefs, who play the Rams on Monday night. The Chargers are 7-3. The Broncos, who had lost six of their past seven before Sunday, improved to 4-6.The Broncos overcame a questionable offensive pass interference penalty on Tim Patrick in their seven-play, 76-yard winning drive. It resulted in a 21-yard difference, negating an 11-yard catch with a 10-yard penalty with only 37 seconds left. But Case Keenum found Courtland Sutton for a 30-yard gain to the Chargers 16 with the clock running. "Let’s get to the Philadelphia Eagles links ...Tom Brady tops merchandise sales for second consecutive year - PFTThe list tracks licensed NFL merchandise sales from verified retail and e-commerce sources from March 1 Wes Hopkins Jerseys 2019 , 2018 through February 28, 2019. Sales of jerseys, T-shirts, collectibles and more are included. Here is a list of the top 10, per the NFLPA: 1. Tom Brady, QB, New England Patriots. 2. Dak Prescott, QB, Dallas Cowboys. 3. Carson Wentz, QB, Philadelphia Eagles.Besides Carson Wentz, which Eagles player needs to step up the most in 2019? - BGNThere’s a lot of pressure on the No. 14 overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft to step up as he enters the third season of his career. Think back to how crucial a strong pass rush has been to the Eagles’ success. Long pressured Case Keenum into throwing a pick-six that sparked Philadelphia’s 2018 NFC Championship Game blowout victory. Brandon Graham strip-sacked Tom Brady to essentially clinch the team’s first Super Bowl win. That pass rushing unit wasn’t just merely good; it was elite. The 2017 Eagles ranked first overall in total pressure generated. The 2018 Eagles finished second. But now Michael Bennett is gone. And it’s sounding like Chris Long won’t be back, either. Those are hardly small losses. Bennett ranked 21st out of 109 edge defenders in pressure rate last year and Long ranked 35th. Both players finished top six in quarterback hits. It’s up to Derek Barnett to pick up some of that slack.Bleeding Green Nation - Vox MediaThe official home for audio programming from Bleeding Green Nation, SB Nation’s community for fans of the Philadelphia Eagles.KGH - Iggles BlitzThe question now is whether Kamu Grugier-Hill can take another big step forward. He has talent and experience this time around. It would certainly help the Eagles a lot for KGH to take his game to the next level. It would mean a lot to him, since KGH is in a contract year. I’m excited to see if he can build off last year and be the Eagles #2 LB. He has the talent. KGH will be pushed by Nate Gerry, L.J. Fort and the other young LBs on the roster.2019 Dynasty Rookie Rankings - Rotoworld3. Miles Sanders, Eagles: Sanders is at the bottom of the first-tier of running backs, but he still belongs in the same conversation with Jacobs and Montgomery because of his talent and draft capital. Unfortunately, he did not end up in a great situation for immediate production. Traded to make way for Montgomery, Jordan Howard found his way to Philadelphia and should at least offer some competition on early downs. Moreover, the Eagles have tended to use a committee under Doug Pederson – injuries have played a role, but no back has received more than 37 percent of the total carries in a season since Pederson arrived – and names like Corey Clement, Wendell Smallwood, Josh Adams, and perhaps even Darren Sproles are reason for concern. Sanders is a good bet to take on the lead job at some point in 2019, but it is unclear how large his role can really grow.Dane Brugler’s NFL Draft Class Power Rankings - The Athletic8) Favorite pick: Andre Dillard, OT, Washington StateOne of my favorite picks in the entire draft, the Eagles traded up two spots to secure one of the best players in the draft. With Jason Peters slowing down, Dillard immediately strengthens the left tackle spot if Peters misses any time, and he also gives Philadelphia a long-term answer. Questionable pick: Shareef Miller Black Herman Edwards Jerseys , EDGE, Penn State The fourth round felt a tad rich for Miller, who is a solid run defender and plays hard but doesn’t have the athletic profile to consistently threaten as a pass-rusher.Shareef Miller not taking status as role model to Philly kids lightly - NBCSP“I’m definitely excited for this role because I’m all about these young kids in the inner city. A lot of times in our city, the opportunity is small and a lot of us don’t have anyone to look up to and we don’t have any hope. That’s why it’s easy for kids in the inner city to [turn to] violence. Now they have me – someone who came from where they came from. What more can they ask for? I’m going to be that voice for them and, you know, when I get myself together and situated, I’m definitely going to go back in my community and do whatever I can to help these kids reach their full potential. Go to school, get a great education, go to college and live out that dream. Whether it’s the NFL, NBA or whatever they want to be.”New Team, Same Chuckstrong - FMIAThe Bears are in the midst of one of the most interesting stories in the NFL. They have eight kickers in camp—a total I’ve never heard of. Teams might have an extra kicker or two around in the spring, and I’m sure Chicago will bring maybe three max to training camp. But now there are eight, and the desperation to find one who doesn’t double-doink a playoff-game-deciding field goal hangs in the air at Bears camp. On Friday, with the entire team looking on, coach Matt Nagy had all eight kickers, one after the other, attempt 43-yard field goals. That’s the distance of the missed kick by Cody Parkey (who is not one of the eight in camp) that lost the January playoff game against the Eagles. “They know loud and clear why,” Nagy said, per Adam Jahns of The Athletic. Six of the eight kickers missed their 43-yard attempts. Uh-oh.Mike Mayock on the 2019 Draft, and Building the Raiders in the Mayock-Gruden Image - MMQB“If you remember when Chris Long got drafted by St. Louis, he was the second pick, and when they drafted him, I knew the kind of player they were getting,” Mayock said. “Now, they were never able to successfully bring other guys around him, but Chris Long played his butt off every snap of every game, he set a physical edge in the run game, he got his 7, 8, 9, 10 sacks Herman Edwards Jerseys 2019 , and he energizes a locker room. “He’s what I call a glue player. I looked at Ferrell back in September and October, and I watched three or four tapes and at the bottom of my notes, I wrote ‘glue/Chris Long.’ That’s the kind of guy, to me, who has more value than you can even put a number on. Chris hung in there, ended up in New England, gets a Super Bowl, goes to Philadelphia, gets another. Chris Long’s a glue guy. And I think Cle is also.”Jerry Jones says Cowboys ready to take next step; Emmitt Smith sees Super Bowl pieces - Star-TelegramEverything the Cowboys have done since their season-ending loss to the Los Angeles Rams in NFC Divisional playoffs last year was about taking the next step and reaching the Super Bowl for the first time since 1995, according to owner Jerry Jones. That includes putting coach Jason Garrett on the hot seat in the final year of his contract, firing offensive coordinator Scott Linehan and promoting neophyte Kellen Moore. And one can’t forget about everything the Cowboys did in the free agency and the recent 2019 NFL Draft. Now that their work is largely done in terms of staff and personnel changes, a desperate Jones expects results and a better finish from a year ago. “Everything we were about was improving from where we were this year,” Jones said. “There is no reason. There is no tangible reason we shouldn’t be expected to be better than we were last year.” Jones has a believer in Hall of Fame running back Emmitt Smith, who said on ESPN’s 103.3 FM that the Cowboys had the makings of a Super Bowl team as “all the pieces are in place.”The NFL commissioner’s exempt list is a cop-out - SB NationIf Tyreek Hill were a lesser football player, he probably would’ve became a free agent shortly after allegations of child abuse surfaced. The Kansas City Chiefs receiver hasn’t been convicted — or even charged to this point — in an investigation of an alleged child battery that ended with a broken arm for Hill’s 3-year-old son. The district attorney says a crime occurred, but still hasn’t concluded who committed it. But it’s hard to give Hill the benefit of the doubt when he has a history of domestic violence for which he was dismissed from the Oklahoma State football team. There’s also a recently released audio recording of Hill telling his fiancée “you need to be terrified of me, too, bitch” when she says their son is afraid of his father....Social Media Information:BGN Facebook Page: Click here to like our pageBGN Twitter: Follow @BleedingGreenBGN Manager: Brandon Lee Gowton: Follow @BrandonGowtonBGN Radio Twitter: Follow @BGN_Radio The Super Bowl MVP has lost his magic touch. Nick Foles isn’t playing like himself.Foles threw two interceptions in the first half and Philadelphia‘s starting offense — missing some key players — struggled again while waiting for quarterback Carson Wentz to return and the Eagles were beaten 5-0 on Thursday night by the Cleveland Browns.Foles, who replaced an injured Wentz last season and led the Eagles to their first Super Bowl title while becoming a cult hero, continued his ugly preseason. He did complete 13 of 17 passes for 127 yards, but he threw the picks and was sacked three times, stripped for a fumble and downed for a safety. His overall statistics were better than a week ago against New England when he hurt his shoulder, but he made two poor decisions and hasn’t led the Eagles’ first-team offense to a point on 14 drives over three games.“There are times where I’m feeling good, but I’m making some mistakes,” Foles said. “It’s as simple as that.”The Eagles (0-3) committed four turnovers, allowed seven sacks and missed a field goal. With just two weeks left to get ready for their opener against Atlanta, the Super Bowl winners have work to do.At this point, Foles, the unlikely hero from last season, will likely start the season as the Eagles wait for Wentz, who recently began working in 11-on-11 drills Black Brian Westbrook Jerseys , to be cleared following knee surgery.Eagles coach Doug Pederson was upset with his team’s offensive performance, not just Foles.“I don’t want to single out one player, so don’t put this all on Nick,” Pederson said. “I’m disappointed in the offense. It’s not what you want obviously in the third preseason week. We still want to evaluate and make sure we got the right guys in the right spots.”Cleveland had a familiar quarterback scare.Starter Tyrod Taylor injured his left hand in the first quarter, and the sight of him heading to the sideline sent a shiver through fans in FirstEnergy Stadium. Rookie Baker Mayfield replaced him for two series before Taylor returned. Cleveland’s starter finished 11 of 16 for 65 yards.Taylor stayed in the locker room after halftime to receiver treatment. He left the stadium before speaking with reporters.Coach Hue Jackson said X-rays were negative but Taylor will undergo more tests Friday.“I was very concerned, but I wouldn’t have put him back in if I didn’t think he was fine,” Jackson said. “We’ll continue to look at it and see where we are going into next week.”Mayfield, the No. 1 overall pick, played the entire second half and went 8 of 12 for 76 yards and an interception. He was checked for a concussion in the second half.“Not my best game by any means,” Mayfield said. “I’m disappointed in myself. I got in there with the first team and I’ve got to get the ball out quickly. Not my best game at all.”The Browns intend for Taylor to start this season while Mayfield develops, with the only thing that might alter the plan being an injury — something Cleveland knows all too well while cycling through 28 starting QBs since 1999.With Foles behind center, the Eagles’ first-team offense, which was missing wide receivers Alshon Jeffery and Nelson Agholor, running backs Jay Ajayi and Darren Sproles and left tackle Jason Peters, hasn’t scored a point in three exhibitions.Foles floated a long pass that safety Briean Boddy-Calhoun easily intercepted . Then, with a chance to finally score, Foles forced a throw into a crowd near the goal line and was picked by linebacker Jamie Collins.“I’m just making mistakes,” Foles said. “For me, it’s just getting back into rhythm — and keep playing ball. We had an opportunity to win and made too many mistakes and that’s on me. If I clean that up, we win this game.”DEFENSE OKPhiladelphia’s defense recorded four sacks and Cleveland’s only scoring drive — before a 54-yard field goal — was for minus-1 yard. The Eagles also stopped the Browns on four plays from the 1.“Our defense played outstanding. They were flying around, making plays,” Pederson said. “The goal-line stand was pretty impressive. That’s what your want from your defense.”INJURIESEagles: Starting C Jason Kelce limped off after making a block during the opening series. He did agility and stretching drills under the guidance of the training staff and returned for Philadelphia’s next possession.Browns: First-round pick Denzel Ward will undergo an MRI after suffering a back injury in the first quarter. Ward appeared to get twisted while tackling 250-pound tight end Zach Ertz. Ward, the No. 4 overall pick, was on the field for several minutes before walking off on his own power. … Starting S Damarious Randall did not dress because of a knee injury. He was not on the team’s original “not expected to play” list and Jackson said his knee locked up during pregame warmups. … Rookie WR Antonio Callaway did not dress after missing three practices with a groin injury.NATIONAL ANTHEMEagles starting safety Malcolm Jenkins remained in the tunnel during the national anthem, and defensive end Michael Bennett also was not on the field. Jenkins and Bennett have been among of the league’s most outspoken players during the ongoing controversy over players expressing their political views during “The Star-Spangled Banner.” Jenkins previously stood on the sideline with a raised fist to protest social injustice.WENTZ WATCHWentz worked out on the field hours before kickoff with a group of Eagles receivers. He looked good on his drops while rifling slant routes and quick-hitters.TOUCH DOWNBrowns defensive end Myles Garrett was credited with sacking Foles in the end zone for the game’s first two points.Foles lost his footing while backing up, fell to one knee and was touched by Garrett. Foles completed a pass on the play, but the Browns challenged it and were awarded a safety.GONZOBrowns kicker Zane Gonzalez helped his chances to keep his job with a 54-yard field goal. Will they pick an offensive lineman with the No. 7 overall pick? What about a game..."The Jacksonville Jaguars have an abundance of options at the top of the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Will they pick an offensive lineman with the No. 7 overall pick? What about a game changing tight end? A (*gulp*) quarterback? We’re less than 12 hours away from the NFL Draft kicking off and we have two questions for you:“Who should the Jaguars draft in the first round?”Alfie Crow (@AlfieBCC)The top of half the 2019 NFL Draft is loaded with defensive line talent and the Jaguars should pluck one of those players if they fall in their lap. The defense is going to be what gets the team wins more often than not in 2019 and they could use added rotational depth with an eye to the future as a starter. The pick: Ed OliverRyan Day (@ryaneatscake)Without knowing who will be there Womens Marqise Lee Jersey , I’ll say that this Jaguars team is going to be carried once again by its defense. Why not make it even better? Nick Foles isn’t great, but he’s an upgrade over Blake Bortles. Now go get the best defensive lineman available. If Ed Oliver is still there (and I think he will be) he should be the pick. The pick: Ed OliverJon Kirland (@BCBCouch)I think the Jags find a dance partner for the first time since 2007, and indeed trade down into the 11 to 15 area. They take the Clemson defensive lineman, who has been lost in the shuffle of Jonah Williams and Ed Oliver, but is a premium player himself. The pick: Ed OliverRyan O’Bleness (@ryanobleness)I know this is a top-heavy defensive draft, and I understand that a rotational pass-rusher is important, but drafting a backup player is a luxury the Jaguars cannot afford. Outside of maybe the two safety positions, there are no question marks on the Jaguars defense. On the offensive side of the ball, there are holes at tight end, offensive tackle and wide receiver. Say what you want about drafting tight ends too early, but I think T.J. Hockenson should be the pick. He is the most pro-ready tight end in this year’s class and has Pro Bowl level potential. Why not get Nick Foles a legitimate weapon, while also helping Leonard Fournette in the run game? The pick: T.J. HockensonBrian Fullford (@iambwf)By paying Nick Foles to replace Blake Bortles, this team has committed to focusing more on the passing game. As such, Foles must have weapons to be successful. T. J. Hockenson not only gives Foles a target in the passing game, but he is also valuable as a blocking TE. He is a value pick at seven? No, but if the Jaguars can’t move down then I would like them to enhance the team’s lack of playmaker within the receiving corps. For some time I’ve been a fan of either Hockenson or Houston’s Ed Oliver, and at this point I would be fine with either one of them, but I have leaned back to T.J.The pick: T.J. HockensonFilip Prus (@JaxonFil)Realistically, Jonah Williams is probably my favorite pick if they stay put at 7, but wouldn’t be distraught if they took T.J. Hockenson. Williams has been described as “special” by former Alabama offensive line coach Brent Key Telvin Smith Jersey , who has a close relationship with Doug Marrone from their time playing together at Georgia Tech. Williams implored his parents to build a gym in their Atlanta home at the age of 12 so he can get big and strong and play like his childhood idol, Joe Thomas, who also had shorter arms than the ideal preference and still ended up pretty okay. Former Bengals offensive line coach Paul Alexander has worked with Williams this offseason and has tabbed Williams as the most mature, psych ready player he’s met since Andrew Whitworth and called him a “foundation piece” for an offense. Williams was a Freshman All-American at right tackle playing opposite… you guessed it, Cam Robinson. With the enormous emphasis the Jaguars front office has placed on durability and injecting the locker room with “culture changers,” Williams is the ideal fit and gives them a scenario where he can also move inside in the future if Will Richardson develops into the guy they thought they drafted at right tackle. The pick: Jonah WilliamsJimmy Siettmann (@J_Siettmann)If all goes right, I want the Jaguars to pick Ed Oliver if he is available. In my opinion, he is one of the few players in this draft who possesses elite talent. He was in the spotlight for a long time at Houston, and his game was picked apart because of it. That, plus him playing out of position in his junior year have made people question his game. Oliver can flat out play though, and I think he will be a difference maker from day one.The pick: Ed Oliver“Who will the Jaguars draft in the first round?”Alfie Crow (@AlfieBCC)It will probably be the boring pick and be an offensive tackle. I don’t think it will be Jawaan Taylor however, as it feels like that is the player the team has wanted everyone to think they will be picking. I also think they’ll move away from being run heavy. The pick: Jonah WilliamsRyan Day (@ryaneatscake)It’s an offensive tackle. The right tackle position needs improvement and Will Richardson is a big gamble. I think it’s Alabama’s Jonah Williams. The pick: Jonah WilliamsJon Kirland (@BCBCouch)I think the Jags find a dance partner for the first time since 2007, and indeed trade down into the 11-15 area. They take the Clemson defensive lineman, who has been lost in the shuffle of Williams/Oliver, but is a premium player himself. The pick: Christian WilkinsRyan O’Bleness (@ryanobleness)While I think Jacksonville needs to covet an offensive player, I am sure they will go defensive line because Jaguars. I’d of course be happy with one of the premier defensive linemen, but most of those guys will be gone already. However, if Ed Oliver is still there, I think the Jaguars would have a hard time passing on him (or they will trade back as somebody will want Oliver here). While Taven Bryan, Abry Jones and Marcell Dareus are all on the roster http://www.thejaguarslockerroom.com/authentic-t.j.-yeldon-jersey , Oliver can fill the three-technique void left by Malik Jackson and the Jaguars will have a strong rotation. The pick: Ed OliverBrian Fullford (@iambwf)I do not like taking an OT at seven. The drop off in round one talent is not that steep, and I see value at the top of the second round. My feeling is the Jaguars will successfully trade back, but that is not an answer allowed by the question. I would not be shocked if they took at OT, and if so I would expect it to be Alabama’s Jonah Williams over Florida’s Jawaan Taylor. That said, I actually see them going defense. If Ed Oliver is on the board, and they cannot trade back, adding him to the depth, and eventually a replacement to the aging parts on the defensive line, he is the pick. While I don’t expect him to be available at seven, if LSU’s Devin White is still on the board that may give them pause, and if selected might give insight into how they feel about Telvin Smith. The pick: Jonah WilliamsFilip Prus (@JaxonFil)I think the Jaguars will *gasp* trade down this year. Moving down to 14-15 still gives them a slew of solid prospects like Noah Fant, Brian Burns, Christian Wilkins, Andre Dillard and likely give them an extra second and third rounder to continue to compile weapons for Nick Foles or use as trade ammunition to move back up into round one. If they can’t find a suitable dance partner and are forced to make the pick, I expect it to be Williams. The pick: Jonah WilliamsJimmy Siettmann (@J_Siettmann)I think the Jaguars will select Jonah Williams with the 7th overall pick. Their need for a right tackle, and Coughlin’s in the trenches approach will lead them to taking Williams on draft night. The pick: Jonah WilliamsWhat do you think? Got any predictions? Who should the Jaguars take and who JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey responded to Tom Coughlin’s public criticism Friday, saying the team knows why he’s skipping voluntary workouts.Ramsey did not elaborate on the reason for his absence in his Twitter post , but said he will be “ready when it’s time.”His agent, David Mulugheta Womens Ronnie Harrison Jersey , also released a statement Friday.“To be clear, Jalen Ramsey is exactly where Jalen should be during his offseason,” Mulugheta tweeted. “He’s spending time with his young daughter & family while training in his hometown of Nashville. In addition the Jags are fully aware of why he is not taking part in the voluntary offseason program.”Coughlin took a not-so-subtle shot at Ramsey and linebacker Telvin Smith during the team’s state of the franchise presentation Thursday.Coughlin, the team’s executive vice president of football operations, said “championship teams are dominated by selfless individuals who recognize that the welfare of the team must always be paramount to any other consideration.”Ramsey and Smith are the team’s only players who didn’t show up for the start of the team’s offseason program. Coach Doug Marrone said he reached out to both players and didn’t hear back from either one.Ramsey also skipped voluntary workouts last year, choosing instead to spend the offseason working out at his father’s training facility in Nashville, Tennessee. He’s entering the fourth year of his rookie contract, a four-year deal worth $23.35 million. He made the Pro Bowl each of the past two seasons, is widely considered one of the best cornerbacks in the NFL and is due to count $7.43 million against the salary cap in 2019.Smith’s absence was more surprising, especially since he’s been in attendance each of his first five years in the league and got a contract extension in 2017.“Success in the NFL demands struggle,” Coughlin said. “Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish and insensitive to the real values of team. The hard work that many try to avoid is the major building block for the development of an outstanding football team.“It’s not about rights and privileges. It’s about obligations and responsibility. And the question is, can we count on you? Doing the things the right way all the time; we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence therefore is not an act, but a habit.”NFLPA President Eric Winston reacted a short time later, saying the Collective Bargaining Agreement’s definition of voluntary “is the same as the actual definition of voluntary and prohibits anyone from threatening players to participate in voluntary workouts.”“This is precisely the reason players negotiated strict work rules and bright lines when it comes to offseason activities,” Winston added. “We know, from experience, that not all coaches and executives will adhere to them and we always pursue any violations to protect our rules.”

Could the Texans...damn, I don’t want to say it and jinx i...I really don’t, I really don’t Whitney Mercilus Jersey , I really don’t...actually, finally, release Ryan Griffin? Could this local esoteric nightmare be over?Oh http://www.thetexanslockerroom.com/authentic-martinas-rankin-jersey , how I hope so. I want it so bad. Anyways, here are some quick videos from Rivers McCown showing Darren Fells blocking. Pretty cool stuff. Now someone needs to tell Brian Gaine that Deshaun Watson is still on his rookie contract and that he shouldn’t be going all in on compensatory picks and some long-term roster build when the time is now.

I praised this Maple story M Mesos game when it first came out, purchased the $100 Founder's pack and also spent a little more after that. The housing design, is good, the game's aesthetics, also great. But eventually I realized that battle was very boring, basically all classes have 1 spammy ability you use all of the time, one ability that does BIG damage but has a longer cooldown, then some rather buff ability. Half of these are USELESS, and life skills in positions starts to take 2 + hours a day, you grind them. I couldn't wait to finish my daily chores in Maple2 so that I could log out and perform with something more entertaining. And eventually I just decided I was done. I had a blast and began playing with MHW, battle felt more like it mattered, and it was the same thing every time. ?

One of the games that they’ll be wearing that particular ensemble for is the Week 4 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings at Soldier Field. This begs the question. . .Will the Vikings do the proper. . .nay, the right. . .thing and wear their throwback uniforms for that game as well?Without going back and digging through a bunch of old pictures and video and what not, I can’t even remember the last time the Vikings broke out the throwbacks. The picture of Visanthe Shiancoe above is from the Vikings’ game at the Metrodome against the Green Bay Packers in 2011. That can’t be the last time they wore them, can it? Surely between then and now they’ve worn them at least once. They might have worn them in 2012 or 2013, but I’m pretty sure we haven’t seen them since the current uniforms made their debut in 2014. . .though it’s entirely possible that I’m wrong on that. It’s not a huge deal or anything like that, but if the Bears (and, presumably, other NFL teams) are going to be breaking out throwback jerseys this season Minnesota Vikings Jerseys 2019 , it’s only right that the Vikings do the same with one of the best uniforms in NFL history, isn’t it?Come on, Vikings. . .do the right thing. Defensive lineman Jared Allen retired from the NFL in 2015 and wasn’t ready to give up on the competition he’d come to enjoy as a five-time All-Pro.His solution: The Olympics. The problem: He didn’t compete in any Olympic sports.Less than a year later, Allen and three other former NFL stars — none with any prior experience — are attempting to qualify for the U.S. national curling championships against players who have been throwing stones for most of their lives. It would be the first step toward competing in the 2022 Winter Games in Beijing.“Every team in the NFL — whether you’re hot garbage or the defending Super Bowl champions — every coach come August says the same thing: ‘We’re trying to win the Super Bowl,'” Allen said. “We come from that mentality, where we set lofty goals.“Our short term goals are continually to get better: Fundamentals, strategy, sweeping. We know if we master these little things, it will take us a long way.”A 12-year NFL veteran who spent most of his career with the Chiefs and Vikings, Allen was lamenting the end of his playing days when a friend dared him to try an Olympic sport. Allen toyed with the idea of badminton but rejected it as too taxing.“We thought about curling. It was chill, and the winners have to buy the losers beer,” he said. “We thought it was a win-win.”He rounded up former Rams quarterback Marc Bulger and Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck and tackle Michael Roos to form a team; all were Pro Bowl selections during their NFL career, and living near Nashville, Tennessee.Adopting the name All-Pro Curling Team Armon Watts Jersey nfl draft , they started from scratch in March and kept their plans under wraps until they felt like they had made enough progress.“We wanted the reaction when we got on the ice to be ‘Oh, how long have you guys been doing this?” Allen said in a telephone interview after practicing on a converted hockey rink in Nashville. “We were serious. We didn’t want it to seem like it was just some media hype, or just trying to stay relevant.”The first test was in November, when Allen and Bulger — with two “regular” curlers — competed in the Curl Mesabi Classic in Northern Minnesota. Their first opponent: The gold medal-winning team from Pyeongchang led by four-time Olympian John Shuster. They lost 11-3, giving up five points in the sixth end.“Honestly, they were a little better than I had expected,” said Matt Hamilton, the second on that team. “All in all, Jared was technically pretty sound. But at the end of the day, I’ve seen thousands of curling shots and situations and that is ultimately going to win us more games.”Although curling matches are often conceded when they are out of reach, the Olympians kept playing through the eighth (of 10) ends, to help the football players gain the experience they’ll need if they are going to be more competitive. (If it’s any consolation for Allen’s crew, Shuster’s rink also scored a five-ender against Sweden in the gold-medal match.)“We had one bad end, and we just kept playing with them. We just wanted to be a sponge Replica Armon Watts Jersey ,” Bulger said. “The key was they knew we were taking it seriously. It wasn’t just us saying ‘We’re going to take over curling,’ kind of as a gimmick.“We hope to play them again,” he said, “when we’re better.”The All-Pros are back at it at the USA Men’s Challenge Round this weekend in Blaine, Minnesota, where they are competing for one of four remaining spots in next month’s national championships. (Top teams like Shuster’s have already qualified.)They got off to a rough start in their first match, falling 10-1 to Steve Birklid’s Seattle-based rink on Thursday night. But, by hopping into the sport early in the Olympic cycle, they have almost three more years before the team for the 2022 Games is chosen.Hamilton confessed he was put off at first about newcomers thinking they could reach the Olympics in a sport he’d worked a lifetime to master. But he also realized the publicity will be good for curling, which has struggled to break out of its niche as an every-four-years curiosity.“If I really think I’m that good, I should be like ‘Bring it on!'” Hamilton said in an email to The Associated Press from a competition in Japan. “How much they respected the game, though, is what made me realize they aren’t making a mockery. We just have some extremely athletic individuals who respect sport but have a need to compete in their blood. Can’t disrespect that!”All four football players agreed the reception they’ve received from lifetime curlers is decidedly different from a curler trying to break into the hyper-competitive NFL.“Oh, he’d get smashed Stitched Armon Watts Jersey ,” Allen said. “We’d go out of our way to test his mettle, for sure.”Instead, they found the tight-knit but friendly community of curlers was eager to accept them. In their match against the Olympians, there was trash-talking — or banter, depending on whom you ask — and Hamilton even gave them some of his old curling gear.“I looked at their broom heads and I was disgusted. I was wondering why these former pro football players couldn’t afford new broom heads,” he said. “So I went into my curling bag and gave them some gently used ones before the game. That really surprised Jared, claiming nothing like that would ever fly in football.”Like many of those who only experience curling every four years on TV, the football players saw the sweeping and the shouting and underestimated how hard it is. “We played football, but it’s a lot of muscles we didn’t use,” Bulger said.Sliding on the ice was also an adjustment, but the biggest challenge has been the strategy. When he first started watching, Bulger said, he would see curlers setting up protective stones called guards and thought they were missing their shots.“We just assumed that you throw to the button every time, and we learned that is not the game Armon Watts Minnesota Vikings Jerseys ,” he said. “It’s like a novice chess player going against” a grandmaster. But their NFL experience did help in other ways, priming them with not just physical fitness but also good practice habits, making decisions on the fly and improving through film study and coaching.“Like any other sport, you have to learn, try to figure out how to get better,” Bulluck said. “Playing football at a very high level, being one of the best at the position once upon a time, to get to that level in anything you do you have to be able to take coaching.”And, of course, they’re competitive.“The message is: We want to bring attention to it. We want to have fun with it,” Allen said. “But we’re dead serious about what we’re trying to accomplish.”

The three rookies didn’t perform at the level they were drafted at which is both good and bad."The Green Bay Packers drafted three wide receivers in the 2018 NFL Draft and all three lived up to the expectations of their selection. The good and bad thing is none of them lived up to where they themselves were taken.J’Mon Moore was drafted in the fourth round and barely saw the field. When he did Womens Mason Crosby Jersey , he couldn’t catch the ball and was largely ineffective.Marquez Valdes-Scantling was selected in the fifth round and showed some promise and chemistry with Aaron Rodgers but still needs some work. Equanimeous St. Brown was picked in the sixth round and might actually be the most well-rounded and ready player among the three rookies. His play improved as the season went on and he too started to develop chemistry with Rodgers. With Randall Cobb’s status unknown, these three along with a healthy Geronimo Allison will be competing for targets behind Davante Adams in 2019.The Packers also could go after a receiver in free agency and the draft as well.Regardless all three will be on the roster at the start of camp, but it will likely be Moore on the bubble more than the other two which is ironic given he was drafted higher than both Valdes-Scantling and St. Brown. It just goes to show that after you’re selected and unless you’re a first round pick, where you’re taken really doesn’t mean much in the fall. You can read more on the rookie receivers’ seasons plus why adding a sworn enemy could make sense for Green Bay in today’s cheese curds.Packers receiver J’Mon Moore makes no excuses for his rookie year—Packers.comGive the rookie credit, he knows he has to play better and blames no one but himself. yards in each of their last three games and they didn’t force a turnover in their last two games Kenyan Drake Jersey , but things went a lot better against the Jets on Sunday.Miami picked off Sam Darnold four times, avoided turnovers of their own and improved to 5-4 with a 13-6 home victory. The third interception came when safety T.J. McDonald jumped in front of a fourth-and-15 pass from inside Jets territory with just over two minutes left to play in the game.Darnold’s previous interception came on a pass that Jerome Baker returned for a 25-yard touchdown and the first one handed Miami a short field that they turned into a first half field goal. That help was much appreciated because the lack of turnovers was the only good thing to say about the Dolphins offense on Sunday. They managed just 169 yards on the afternoon and Brock Osweiler was sacked four times behind a line that played without left tackle Laremy Tunsil and right tackle Ja'Wuan James at points in Sunday’s game. They weren’t able to run the clock out after McDonald’s interception, but the defense finally slammed the door when Walt Aikens stepped in front of a desperation heave.Darnold is now up to 14 interceptions on the year and the Jets offense has been a mess throughout a three-game losing streak that has dropped them to 3-6 on the season. Some signs of developlment from Darnold that moves that trajectory in the other direction will be necessary if head coach Todd Bowles is going to be a lock for a return in 2019.The Dolphins will head to Green Bay next weekend before a bye week. We’ll see if Osweiler continues to lead the offense, but whoever is at quarterback will almost certainly need to find more points for the Dolphins to run a winning streak to two games. CINCINNATI (AP) — Rookie Sam Hubbard was disappointed as Ryan Tannehill slipped past him, avoiding a sack. A moment later, the football slipped out of the quarterback’s grasp and flew right to Hubbard, who was as surprised as anyone to have it in his hands.“All I had to do was run straight,” Hubbard said.Straight into the end zone he went on a 19-yard fumble return Dan Marino Jersey , yet another wacky play that completed Cincinnati’s indescribable comeback. The Bengals scored 27 straight points and rallied for a 27-17 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday that extended their best start since 2015 — the last time they made the postseason. This one is looking a little more like a playoff team each week.“The vibe over here is crazy,” running back Joe Mixon said. The Bengals (4-1) appeared headed for a desultory home-field loss as the Dolphins (3-2) — playing with depleted lines — rolled ahead 17-0 with the help of Jakeem Grant’s 70-yard punt return for a touchdown. The Bengals’ defensive line pulled it out with two wacky plays.Tannehill tried to avoid a sack by throwing the ball at his tight end’s feet. Instead, it slipped from his hand and caromed off Durham Smythe’s helmet, flying directly to Michael Johnson. He ran 22 yards untouched for his first NFL touchdown. The defense closed it out when Carlos Dunlap hit a scrambling Tannehill and the ball flew directly to Hubbard for his quick jaunt to the end zone and a 27-17 lead with 2:37 to go.The Dolphins were dazed.“I didn’t know what happened,” said Tannehill, who had three turnovers. “I heard the crowd cheer and (saw) everyone run away from me, so I knew something bad happened.”The win left Cincinnati alone atop the AFC North heading into a rivalry game next Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium against the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have won six straight and 14 of 17 in their series. The Dolphins have to recover from a 38-7 drubbing by New England and their meltdown against the Bengals http://www.thedolphinslockerroom.com/authentic-larry-csonka-jersey , with Bears up next. Some takeaways from Paul Brown Stadium:DEFENSE MAKES THE DIFFERENCECincinnati’s young defense has given up a lot of yards but made decisive fourth-quarter plays in three of their wins. Safety Clayton Fejedelem returned a fumble for a touchdown to beat Indianapolis, and the Bengals forced a fumble by Joe Flacco that set up their win over the Ravens. On Sunday, they had the two decisive touchdowns.“Look at the plays these guys made down the stretch today, and they’re rookies,” coach Marvin Lewis said.MIXON’S MARKThe Bengals got a break with Mixon, who missed only two games after having a piece of torn cartilage removed from his right knee. With their other veteran running back — Giovani Bernard — sidelined with a knee injury, they leaned heavily on Mixon and he came through. Mixon ran 22 times for 93 yards and had three catches, including an 18-yard touchdown.LONG TIMEThe Bengals hadn’t been shut out in an opening half and rallied to win since 2004 Womens Bob Griese Jersey , when they trailed Miami 3-0 at halftime and pulled it out 16-13. It was only the fourth time in franchise history that they scored 24 points in the fourth quarter and won — they also did it in 1972, 1978 and 2004.RARE COMPANYGrant’s 70-yard punt return made him the first Dolphin to score on a reception, a kickoff return and a punt return in the same season. He had a 102-yard kickoff return against Tennessee in the season opener. Grant joins Dante Hall (2003) as the only NFL players with a 100-yard kickoff return, a 70-yard punt return and a 50-yard TD catch in the same season. The last NFL player with a touchdown of all three varieties was the Chiefs’ Tyreek Hill in 2016.DEPLETED DOLPHINS’ LINEMiami already was missing two starters on the offensive line when left tackle Laremy Tunsil got a concussion early in the fourth quarter. The Dolphins struggled to protect Tannehill the rest of the way, contributing to the Bengals’ surge.“Our left tackle wasn’t in,” coach Adam Gase said. “That kind of can do some damage. And when you get behind, it causes problems.”

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The Minnesota Vikings turned their defensive line loose on Matthew Stafford in a dominant performance that would have made the old Purple People Eaters proud. This unstoppable pass rush was led Cheap Isaac Nauta Jersey , predictably, by Danielle Hunter.Hunter had 3 1/2 of Minnesota’s franchise-record 10 sacks plus a fourth-quarter fumble return for a touchdown , tormenting Stafford and the Detroit Lions all afternoon in a 24-9 victory by the Vikings on Sunday.“We knew he liked to throw the ball down the field, so that’s something that really helped us a lot because he held on to the ball,” said Hunter, who moved into the NFL lead with 11 1/2 sacks for the season. “So as long as we executed the rush plan, we knew we’d be able to get back there.”Hunter also was credited with nine tackles and four quarterback hits. The Vikings (5-3-1) limited the Lions (3-5) to a season-low 214 total yards, and their pressure on Stafford was so intense he literally had pieces of rubber pellets from the artificial turf flushed out of his left eye in the second quarter. The Lions had a streak of 25 consecutive games with at least 14 points come to a crashing halt.“The fault is on everybody,” said Stafford, who was sacked a total of 13 times over the first seven games. “I have to get the ball out faster.”After Dalvin Cook dropped a pitch from Kirk Cousins and A’Shawn Robinson recovered at the Detroit 28 with Minnesota leading 17-6, the Lions converted a fake punt to keep that drive alive. Two plays later, Stafford ran right on the short side of the field and tried an option-style flip that Kerryon Johnson was unable to secure, and Hunter scooped it up on his way to the easy score.“I don’t know why he pitched it. He could’ve just run,” Hunter said. “I thought it was a pass all the way, but I guess he didn’t want to get hit or something.”That happened a lot Isaac Nauta Jersey Womens , including a total of three times in the second quarter on two separate possessions inside the Minnesota 20 that forced the Lions to settle for field goals by Matt Prater. After a throw by Cousins to Adam Thielen near midfield was intercepted by Darius Slay, the Lions made it as far as the 12-yard line. Hunter sacked Stafford on consecutive snaps, sharing the first one with Everson Griffen.“He’s a freak of nature. He looks like a superhero,” Griffen said of the fourth-year defensive end. “I expected that from him.”Nine of the 10 sacks by the Vikings came from their front four, including 2 1/2 by backup defensive tackle Tom Johnson. During the heyday of the Purple People Eaters, the Vikings had nine sacks in a game in 1968, 1969 and 1970. They also did it in 1993. But this was the record-setter, thanks to a well-timed mix of blitzes called by coach Mike Zimmer and the relentless rush by Hunter and his friends up front.“We know if we give them time, they’ll get there,” safety Harrison Smith said. “It’s fun to be a part of.”HE’S COOKIN’With one burst through a big hole in the left side of the line , Cook made clear he’s healthy again with a 70-yard gain in the second quarter to set up a short touchdown catch by Thielen. According to the NFL’s NextGen Stats tracker, he averaged 22.07 mph during that run for the fastest in the league this season. The Lions have allowed a rush of 50-plus yards in four different games this year.NOT THIELEN ITThielen’s streak of 100-yard receiving games ended at eight in a row, leaving him in a tie for the record with Lions legend Calvin Johnson. The Lions double-covered him often, taking advantage of the absence of fellow standout Stefon Diggs to rib injury, and Thielen finished with only four receptions for 22 yards.STACKS OF SACKSThe previous high sack total for Stafford in his career was seven Isaac Nauta Detroit Lions Jersey , against the Vikings in 2015. He has been sacked five times or more on 15 different occasions, six of those by the Vikings. The Lions are 3-12 in those games.“It’s a big shot to our pride,” left guard Frank Ragnow said.UH-OHThe opening kickoff was ominous for the Lions when Prater slipped after his leg swing, an unintentional squib the Vikings returned to their 35. Practice squad promotion Chad Beebe caught back-to-back passes on the first drive of his NFL debut. The second one netted 13 yards on fourth-and-2 from the Detroit 37. Latavius Murray finished the march with a 1-yard touchdown run.INJURY REPORTLions: DE Ziggy Ansah (shoulder) returned from a six-game absence with had a sack in the closing seconds of the second quarter that forced the Vikings to settle for a field goal. … LT Taylor Decker left in the third quarter with an undisclosed injury but later returned.Vikings: LB Anthony Barr (hamstring) and LG Tom Compton (knee) were held out for the second straight game, and SS Andrew Sendejo (groin) missed his fourth straight contest. … Backup TE David Morgan hobbled off in the third quarter with a left knee injury.UP NEXTLions: Play at Chicago next Sunday.Vikings: Play at Chicago on Nov. 18, after the bye. The New York Jets were dominant on defense in their season opener, with one player after another coming up with highlight-reel plays.Five interceptions, big tackles and lots of pressure on the quarterback marked the 48-17 victory in Detroit last Monday night ."I couldn't stop smiling, man," linebacker Avery Williamson said, "for like the whole night."Despite all that, though, the Jets see plenty of room for improvement."Our mission this week is to step it up," cornerback Morris Claiborne said. "Our feeling is we're not taking this game as something we're going to be stuck on. No, we're trying to be better than that game. So Isaac Nauta Jersey 2019 , this week, we're coming out and trying to be better than last week. We're not playing like we're stuck in the past or anything like that."We're going to go win this game, just like last week."The Miami Dolphins certainly know what's coming Sunday at MetLife Stadium, and that's a Jets unit noticeably faster than it was last season — and even in previous years, for that matter.Improving the overall speed on defense was a focus for coach Todd Bowles and general manager Mike Maccagnan, and that was on full display against the Lions ."That was fun," said Williamson, in his first season with New York after four with Tennessee. "You see everybody making plays, it's just a great time."Linebacker Darron Lee had two interceptions, while Claiborne, cornerback Trumaine Johnson and safety Jamal Adams also had picks. It was the most by the Jets in a game since Oct. 3, 1999, when they also had five against Denver.Lee returned the first of his INTs 36 yards for a touchdown that gave New York a 31-17 lead in the third quarter. It was the Jets' first defensive score since 2013 — a span of 73 games, which had been the longest drought in NFL history."It's definitely a good stepping stone in the right direction," Lee said Isaac Nauta Jersey Mens , "and we definitely want to throw some consistency with that."It was also the first INT of the third-year linebacker's career. He was just getting started. About 2 1/2 minutes later, Lee picked off another pass by Matthew Stafford."I feel like he played a phenomenal game," Williamson said of Lee. "He was everywhere, flying around and making tackles and two interceptions."Lee might be the biggest wild-card on the Jets' defense. The 2016 first-round pick out of Ohio State had two solid but unspectacular seasons to start his NFL career. While he finished second in tackles both seasons, his lack of big plays has been a major knock.Even former Jets linebacker and current sports radio host Bart Scott called for the athletic Lee to be more physical and come up with game-changing plays.Well, one game into this season and Lee is looking much-improved in both areas."I'm never satisfied," he said. "I'm just going to keep pushing and trying to get better every single day. ... I feel pretty comfortable with what we're doing, so I guess that enabled me to play fast."Both Lee and Adams spoke after the game about how they were able to predict the play calls by the Lions, and the players credited the coaching staff for thoroughly preparing them."They're going to come to us if we're in the right spots," Claiborne said. "Our coaches put together a great game plan to have us in those spots to be able to make those plays. So, you're in those spots, but ultimately, it's up to you make the play."While Williamson and Johnson are new to the Jets' defense this season, many of the key pieces are back and have experience working in the system. That includes Adams and fellow safety Marcus Maye, who are both in their second seasons — although Maye missed the opener and likely will sit out against the Dolphins with a foot injury."We definitely can play faster Youth Isaac Nauta Jersey , and I think it helped with communication," Lee said. "We're communicating across the board a lot better. It wasn't really necessarily like that last year because there were a lot of people new to some stuff and having two rookies, but now, we definitely are communicating from the D-line to the linebackers to the safeties and the corners."Five interceptions might be a lot to reasonably expect on a weekly basis, of course, but the Jets saw what they can do when they're clicking in all areas on defense. And that's without even having any sacks, an area that has been widely criticized in recent seasons. But, the Jets generated lots of pressure and had four quarterback hits, including two by defensive end Leonard Williams."I think we can be really good, man," Williamson said of the defense. "I'm still learning the little intricate details of it all, but I feel as a unit, we could be great. I feel like the talent is there. We have great coaches. We just have to continue to come out there and work hard every day and continue to do what we've been doing during camp."The sky's the limit for what this unit can be."
