Here’s what we previously wrote about the prospect of the Eagles signing the 6-6, 305 pound Toth:Toth will only get to spend a limited number of practices and two preseason games on the Eagles’ 90-man roster before final cuts take place prior to 4:00 PM Eastern on Saturday, August 31. He’ll have a limited window to impress the coaching staff.It would seem, then, that Toth might be a long shot to stick around. But it’s not like Toth was just any free agent sitting on the couch. He went through the lengths of getting a service waiver so he could join the Eagles and pursue his NFL dream.
