If he can stay healthy, the Cardinals would have found their answer to their vacant right tackle position. But, he is 32 years old and has started all a full season only twice in his nine years in the NFL.The rest of the offensive line rides the same boat with Gilbert.D.J. Humphries missed 21 games since 2016 but has been one of the better tackles when he’s on the field. Justin Pugh missed 26 games since 2014 and was placed on injury reserve last season due to a hand injury. A.Q. Shipley missed all of 2018 after suffering a torn ACL.The Cardinals will fill one of the available guard positions via free agency or the draft. Due to the additions of former Packers’ coaches Tom Clements and David Raih, I wouldn’t be surprised if they pursue T.J. Lang in free agency. Also throw in Josh Sitton, who previously played for the Packers and is expected to be released by the Dolphins.Lang suffered a season-ending neck injury that forced him to miss 10 games last season. He’s missed a total of 16 games since 2016. Despite the injuries, he is still one of the best pass-blocking guards in the NFL but is currently contemplating retirement.
