Little things like a locked auto-sprint, a cleaner UI and better handling with touch-screen controls make Maple Story a more pleasurable mobile experience. Additionally, it just performs better in general, using a cleaner frame-rate (it performs better than MS2 Mesos the Xbox One variant of Maple Story too)

The auto pickup mechanic is remarkably intuitive in Maple Story mobile also, along with the addition of bots helps make the game available to newcomers off the bat. All of this adds up to a single fact: Maple Story cellphone only feels like an authentic cellular game, whereas Fortnite doesn't--at least not yet.

Maybe Maple Story cellphone's greatest weakness is still trying to be too accurate to the first game. The maps are simply too big and the games too long. Smaller? --it would be the ideal mobile battle royale.
