Red Soxs Dustin Pedroia has knee surgery

Red Sox second baseman Dustin Ron Santo Jersey Pedroia underwent surgery on his left knee Wednesday and should be ready for spring training, the team announced.According to the Boston Herald, the surgery was arthroscopic to perform a partial medial meniscectomy and chondroplasty to repair Pedrioa's meniscus and Kris Bryant Jersey cartilage in that knee.Pedroia, 33, injured the knee in mid-September in Toronto, according to The Boston Globe. He played in 154 of 162 games in the regular season and all three playoff games.The four-time All-Starhad a nice 2016 campaign, hitting .318, his highest mark since his 2008 AL Javier Baez 2016 World Series Champions Jersey MVP season, with 15 home runs and 74 RBIs before Boston was swept by the Cleveland Indians in their AL Divisional Series meeting.
