New England releases running back Khalfani Muhammad

2018 Patriots roster cuts: The New England Patriots continue being active today. After two transactions earlier today – trading safety Jordan Richards to the Atlanta Falcons and releasing wide receiver Paul Turner – Ryan Allen Jersey , it now looks as if the team has let another player go. According to NESN’s Doug Kyed, the Patriots have parted ways with running back Khalfani Muhammad:Muhammad joined the Patriots last season as a free agency pickup to bolster the running back position for the final preseason game.
