Armed law enforcement officials, summoned by way of a hoax call, raided your house of a trendy Runescape livestreamer yesterday which prompted this emotional message during which the gamer describes his 10-year-old brother being held at gunpoint.
Joshua Peters, who lives in Minnesota and livestreams as "koopatroopa787," uploaded this video on Thursday, after having a raid on his home that has been captured within a streaming session. No one was hurt from the call to his home, placed using a person still unknown, for reasons also unknown.
"I don't give you a shit about what you've got against me online," Peters says. "Your gripe is beside me, so allow it to go be by himself. Do not involve my family at all shape or form. They don't deserve that."
"He's decade old, and that he had 10 cops pointing a gun at him, as they was for the door," Peters says, before wearing down completely.
The practice might be called "swatting," to the SWAT team it's likely to send to someone's home on rumors of your hostage-taking, shooting or some other urgent and potentially violent crime.
