Soccer - FIFA moves much better restricting loans, limiting agents fees

ZURICH (Reuters) - FIFA has moved better a reform on the transfer system after the key committee backed proposals to restrict loans and limit agents’ fees, the international soccer body said on Tuesday.

The stakeholders committee, featuring representatives from clubs, leagues, players and national associations, also approved an agenda to mmoah a clearing house to process transfers, using a meeting in London.

However, it didn't mention a proposal within a white paper that is generated by its transfer system task force — which has been seen by FUT 19 Coins Reuters earlier this year — to make an algorithm to calculate transfer fees.

FIFA said hello was agreed that loans must be used for the “purpose of youth development rather than commercial exploitation” and there needs to be a limit about the number of loans each club could make in a very given season.
