VILNIUS Saul Niguez Jersey , Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- The Baltic state of Lithuania has played down the threat and fear arising from a large-scale joint Russia-Belarus military exercise called Zapad-2017, which started on Thursday.

Zapad 2017, a joint strategic exercise of the Russian and Belarusian armed forces, is scheduled for Sept. 14-20. It is one of Russia's biggest military drills in the past several years. It is held on the border with Lithuania, Poland and Belarus.

Lithuanian Defense Minister Raimundas Karoblis said his country "has been frightened too much" about the military training by its borders.

"That causes me the biggest concern. It seems that we are frightening ourselves more than the adequate situation is Nicolas Gaitan Jersey ," Karoblis told the country's national radio LRT on Thursday.

Lithuanian President Dalia Grybauskaite said the Baltic country is prepared for the Zapad 2017 military exercise near its borders "better than ever before".

"We have more deterrence and defense instruments in our territory. We are also supported by our partners from NATO," she added.

According to local media reports, Lithuania has found itself under security threat and asked for additional defense assistance from NATO amid tensions in Eastern Europe in recent years.

Lifetime is planning on creating a TV movie about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's relationship called Harry & Meghan: The Royal Love Story.

According to Deadline, which broke the news, Lifetime's head of programming Liz Gateley mentioned the film at the Television Critics Association event on Sunday. The media outlet claimed the film will give a timeline of the couple's relationship鈥攑ortraying everything from the moment they met, to the early stages of their courtship to the global media attention surrounding their romance.

As for who will play Markle and Harry, Deadline wrote that the film is still casting. It also reported that Menhaj Huda will direct the movie and that Merideth Finn and Michele Weiss will executive produce the film. However Luciano Vietto Jersey , the media outlet claimed the movie does not have a premiere date at this time.

This isn't the first time Lifetime has created a movie based on a royal romance. The network also released the TV movie William & Kate back in 2011 about Prince William and Kate Middleton. Camilla Luddington played the Duchess of Cambridge while Nico Evers-Swindell played the Duke of Cambridge. The film premiered the same month as their royal wedding in April of that year.

If Lifetime decides to follow suit and release the film before Markle and Harry say "I do," it will only have a few months to do so. The former Suits star and the prince are scheduled to tie the knot May 19, 2018 at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle.(Agencies)

GENEVA, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein on Tuesday welcomed the repeal of laws in Lebanon, Tunisia and Jordan that allowed rapists to avoid criminal prosecution by marrying their victims.

""To punish a rape victim by making her marry the perpetrator of a horrible crime against her Lucas Hernandez Jersey , there is no place in today's world for such hideous laws,"" he said in a statement issued Tuesday.

BUDAPEST, March 20 (Xinhua) -- Xu Anqi of China triumphed in the women's epee competition at the FIE grand prix in Budapest, while Gauthier Grumier of France won the men's epee event on Sunday.

Xu Anqi beat Sarra Besbes of Tunesia 15-13 in the final. Tatiana Logunova and Tatyana Andryushina of Russia were joint third.
