Account hacked

Hello, I posted much the same message about the support on gameking.com but nobody responded in like 4 months... Anyway, my mate's account was hacked then, around 20th February, because they hacked a forex account they changed email and password, so he couldn't logg in Digimon Masters Online Tera and post anything himself. The thing is.. he made another account therefore we played a lttle bit. Later tonite I spoted his main profile of account was back in the experience and we found him in Dats Center preparing to check out dng... We asked him to provide back the account and from DMO Tera whom did he understand, but he kept saying it absolutely was his, even tho my mate knows the category of all nearly 56 digis in most cases their % growth, with a even clone stat... but he kept saying it turned out his account. I'd appreciate in the event you could fix this hack somehow. We waited long enough with the response of Gameking.com these days he wants his account back. Please help him and appreciate it.
