Can't download Digimon Masters Online/ Dragon Nest EU

Hi guys,
whenever I seek to download Digimon Masters Online Tera or DNeu the consumer refreshes the recording store page and does hardly anything else.
I offer an EU account, but at the moment I'm studying in Japan so I wanted to inquire about if i thought this was the situation.
I downloaded Warframe and DMO Tera CAN download Metal Assault EU.
