Hot Wheels World Race ships

THQ has today announced the North American release with the PlayStation 2 and GameCube versions of Hot Wheels World Race. The game, which features a genuine theme song by the group Smash Mouth, can also be scheduled for Warmane Gold release within the PC and Game Boy Advance later this month.

"THQ is thrilled to make Hot Wheels World Race to some growing mass-market gaming audience in partnership with Mattel's Hot Wheels 35th anniversary marketing push."

Hot Wheels World Race originated by Climax and features no lower than 35 authentic Hot Wheels cars for players to race.
